We`re so grateful for all the wonderful Grandparents and Grandfriends who came out to celebrate with us today!! What an incredible blessing to have you all with us. Our God is Good!! 🙌🏻
Last week our school came together to celebrate World Down Syndrome Day!! Students got together in their Prayer Pal groups for lunch to design their own wacky socks and pray together.
Did You Know:
Human chromosomes, when viewed under the microscope have the appearance of socks?!?
People with Down Syndrome have 3 copies of the 21st chromosome - Which is why we celebrate on the 3rd Month and the 21st Day! 🧦
Our Grade 3 class has been learning about painting with value (tints and shades) and silhouettes. Here is just a peek at some beautiful pieces they have created!
Next Friday our school is coming together to participate in Jump Rope for Heart, and we are excited that we are about half way to our fundraising goal!! ♥️
Please consider giving today or tomorrow, as a donor is matching all Jump Rope for Heart donations until the end of February.
🍎 We are very excited to be once again offering our Ready Set Alphabet program this Spring! 🍎
It will begin on April 2nd and run every Thursday until May 7,2026. This program is for children who are turning 4 in 2026. There will be morning and afternoon sessions available.

HCS is participating in Jump Rope for Heart!! This event will be taking place on March 6!
If you haven`t already registered online to fundraise, there is still time!
We have had a few donations come in. Our goal is $2,000.00 - there is still a long way to go, but we`re sure we can top that amount.
During the month of February the donations have a matching program, so donations to any Jump rope for Heart is doubled. Remember that all donations are tax deductible.
