Last week our school came together to celebrate World Down Syndrome Day!! Students got together in their Prayer Pal groups for lunch to design their own wacky socks and pray together.

Human chromosomes, when viewed under the microscope have the appearance of socks?!?
People with Down Syndrome have 3 copies of the 21st chromosome - Which is why we celebrate on the 3rd Month and the 21st Day! π§¦
Our Grade 3 class has been learning about painting with value (tints and shades) and silhouettes. Here is just a peek at some beautiful pieces they have created!
Next Friday our school is coming together to participate in Jump Rope for Heart, and we are excited that we are about half way to our fundraising goal!! β₯οΈ

It will begin on April 2nd and run every Thursday until May 7,2026. This program is for children who are turning 4 in 2026. There will be morning and afternoon sessions available.
