Field Trips lately !!
The Grade 7 & 8 class had a fantastic field trip to Niagara Falls on May 30th! Students
explored around Niagara Falls, enjoyed the Maid of the Mist, and learned about the area`s history. It
was a fun-filled day of adventure, bonding, and memories made for everyone!!
Next we have our Grade 4 class exploring Clovermead Adventure Farm this past week
as their year end field trip.
They had a great day!

100 Days Smarter!! 🙌🏻
Last week the kindergarten classes spent the day celebrating Day 100! The day was filled with all things 100 related.
The JK students came to school wearing 100 items and the SK students came to school dressed up as 100 years olds!!

Calling all NEW families at HCS! 🙌🏻
On Monday, June 9th we will be hosting
our New Family Information night here at the school. We will be welcoming our new families for the 2025/26 school year, and ready to answer any questions you might have!
If you know of anyone who is interested in the school and would be interested in this
evening please have them contact the school office at 519-482-7851
or by email to office@huronchristianschool.ca

Don’t forget that our spring membership meeting is tonight!!
We encourage all members to join this meeting (or to have at least one member of their family attend) so each family can stay up to date on important information about our school. These meetings are a great chance to learn more about the school, ask questions and connect with other members.
This meeting in the school gym. The budget for the 2025-26 school year will be presented so it will be a worthwhile meeting to attend.

As the end of the school year may be approaching, we still have lots of exciting dates quickly approaching! Be sure to mark your calendars! 📅

A peek in the JK outdoor classroom! 🐛
The JK class is learning about how God made insects in their Friday “Outdoor Classroom”. After a break from the rain, we were able to venture outside and make insect playgrounds with pieces of God’s creation. These intricate, micro-playgrounds have stick climbers, twig swings, leaf tents, slides, wooden bridges and even a standing long jump sand footprint!
If you have an insect- bring it over to our playgrounds to have some fun!!! 🐞
