What an amazing night at the Celebration of Learning here at HCS!! So proud of all the hard work our students have put in!!
The HCS Badminton team descended upon Ascend Badminton Centre for our Bluewater Schools Tournament on April 29th.
The HCS team demonstrated excellent integrity and teamwork in their matches throughout the day. Each game displayed improvement in their gameplay. We would like to congratulate Josh Jurjens for placing 3rd in singles and tp Kyleigh Poortinga and Bennett De Vries for placing 3rd in mixed doubles.
Many thanks to all the parents who helped with rides and for your support at the tournament!

What a fantastic day we had celebrating our wonderful Grandparents and Grand-friends today!
Our students had the best time playing games, showing what they know, sharing stories, sharing best memories and creating more lasting memories with their grandparents and grand friends!!

Last week, as a school, we came together to celebrate “All Belong Week”. On Wednesday, the students had lunch together with their Prayer Pals and each student was encouraged to design their own heart-art to show how they can show love to someone with a unique learning style.
To finish the week off, we had a guest speaker come in on Friday and share about his own learning experience, as a student, with ADHD. This was truly an amazing message and experience for all of us. Thank you Ryan for taking the time to share your journey with us!! 🥰
